1. Assist and coordinate with store buyers to establish relationship and meet satisfying sales targets
2. Negotiate with store buyers on annual sales targets and annual contract (such as profit, rebate, etc.) to drive sales performance while protecting the company’s benefits
3. Identify new potential spaces for display or promotional activities and negotiate with buyers to acquire the spaces
4. Monitor shelf share, supervise merchandisers to ensure that products are displayed appropriately according to Plan-O-gram and FIFO
5. Coordinate with related functions to solve issues and follow up on credit notes and documentation matters
6. Create a summary of monthly sales performance coupled with action plans for line manager to review
7. Develop and supervise PC performance assigned by manager
8. Create and submit working plan (and itinerary) to Manager
Qualification
1. Thai Nationality
2. Male / Female, age 27- 35 years old up
3. Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
5. Good command of English and computer literacy
6. Experience in Modern Trade field (consumer product) to be consider
